These American Eagle branded rounds are assembled using reloadable brass casings, clean-burning powder, non-corrosive Boxer primers, and 230 grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) projectiles. 230 grains is a standard weight for the .45 Auto caliber and will provide proper break in when testing a new pistol for feeding while also exposing the shooter to the typical recoil of most match and defensive ammo choices. These rounds can be expected to leave the muzzle at 890 feet-per-second which is great for subsonic use with suppressors.

Federal is a long-trusted name in the shooting industry and has been responsible for making great strides in all aspects of hunting, law enforcement, and competition oriented ammunition. Their American Eagle line aims to bring consistent products to the budget conscious without skimping on component quality.

This is not loaded ammunition! These are component bullets: useless to anyone who doesn’t have the tools, skills, and enormous brain they would need in order to load their own ammunition. Do not order these bullets unless you call yourself a handloader (or need a 45 pound doorstop).

Berry’s Manufacturing is revered for their high-quality American-made plated bullets – but their jacketed bullets are far out, too! These 62 grain full metal jacket boat tail (FMJBT) projectiles are manufactured in strict accordance with excruciatingly tight tolerances, and are ideal for the handloader who demands the utmost precision from their 223 Rem or 5.56x45 cartridges. Cannelures? Yes!

These are not M855 projectiles. They will not attract a magnet.

Each 0.224” diameter projectile in this case of 5,000 boasts a highly uniform OAL of 0.810". According to Berry’s, these bullets have a G1 BC of 0.276” and sectional density of 0.177.

Load up on some high quality, low cost ammunition for your favorite AR or other .223/5.56mm caliber rifle. PMC Bronze ammunition comes from South Korea out of the some of the most sophisticated and efficient manufacturing plants. A length of experience producing ammunition for NATO countries as well as adherence to U.S. standard tolerances has a resulted in inexpensive ammo with high reliability.

These cartridges are constructed using reloadable brass casings fitted with non-corrosive Boxer primers and topped by full metal jacket boat-tail (FMJ-BT) bullets. The bullets weigh in at 55 grains which is a standard across the board for the caliber and will stabilize with the widest ranges of barrel lengths and twists. In addition, the boat tail tapered rear of the bullet reduces drag and increases accuracy. This bulk pack of 1,000 rounds is great to stock up on for matches and classes and has been specifically recommended by some training companies like the United States Shooting Academy (USSA).

Ammo was nicely boxed and performed great.

It was low priced. But I was pleasantly surprised that it was boxed well in 20 round boxes and it looked great. Performed well too, just as all remington ammo has in the past. I like the brass, its a little heavier than other makes and reloads well.

Review by Lonewolf (Posted on 11/25/2021)

    Excellent ammo for the price

Excellent ammo for the price. Runs very good and clean, no problems with whatsoever.

Review by Madmax (Posted on 9/19/2016)

    even better than expected

I was looking for better accuracy than I'd found with _ _ _ _ M193 type ammo and reviews indicated the PMC was the answer. Bought a case to function test a new M-4(gery) for another shooter. This ammo is topnotch-more accurate than the carbine's owner can utilize. I just wish I'd bought two cases and kept one.

Review by Mobuck (Posted on 9/12/2016)

Great ammo with a great price!

Great price for 1000 rounds. 200 rounds through my Daniel Defense so far and had no problems. Need to order more before Jan 1 since I'm in CA.

200 Rounds Fired So Far: 0 Complaints

The ammo came in a convenient packaging of 20 rd boxes. Convenient to load two mags of 10 rd each (in the pathetic state of CT, that's all we're allowed). No issues with the firing or ejection. Tight grouping at 25 yards after sighting in. Haven't tried 100 yards yet. No complaints

Review by p-chip (Posted on 7/17/2016)

    Good quality, great price

Good quality ammo, runs great, never had an issue, run it in AR and COLT M-16 in full auto.

Review by randall (Posted on 5/18/2016)

Fired 3000+ Rounds, not a single issue

PMC Bronze is great ammo. Im on my fourth case right now, and I love it. Zero failures. With my Daniel Defense 16" Carbine and an ACOG I was effortlessly hitting 24" square steel at 500yds with 55gr! I prefer it to other ammo as most other brand 5.56 has the dirty looking annealing burn marks on the neck of the cartridge, but PMC takes the time to polish that off. It doesnt affect function of course, but it is a really nice touch. Quality ammo, buy with confidence.

This 223 Rem cartridge is an exceptional choice for the AR-15 you keep for hunting or home defense. Its relatively heavy 75 grain projectile not only better resists the influence of wind drift, but possesses greater mass to assist with deep penetration. The bullet’s jacket is electrochemically formed and fused to its core, so it is not only remarkably balanced to ensure better accuracy, but nearly incapable of peeling away during penetration so that the bullet can retain the weight needed to burrow deeply into its target.

This round’s is a soft point bullet. Its nose profile is conducive to smooth feeding in a semi-automatic weapon, yet its exposed core unleashes dramatic expansion accompanied by tumbling to create a broad wound channel in addition to a deep one. This round also includes a nickel plated brass casing, at once able to facilitate feeding in a semi-automatic while fighting against gradual corrosion. Varmints hate these rounds, as do home intruders -- but our customers love them!

Do you know why we refuse to use AI to write product descriptions? Because robots might know every fact there is to about ammunition, but they can’t genuinely appreciate it.

I can, however, because I am a large, stupid man who enjoys emptying PMAGs into milk jugs that I just filled with hose water. And you know what? I’m willing to bet you’ll fully appreciate CBC Global Ammunition’s military-spec 5.56x45 ammunition, too.

This is brand new Brazilian-made ammo: M193, which is basically the cool guy way of indicating that a 5.56 cartridge has a 55 grain full metal jacket. It’s the target shooter’s pal – a real straight shooter, and one that won’t attract a magnet at that.

We can’t guarantee this ammo’s exact year of manufacture, but we can assure you it was made recently – decades after the last corrosive primer was loaded, at any rate. CBC’s brass is fresh as state fair donuts and very much reloadable. If you plan on handloading this ammo, then we’d very much like to sell youthe bullets for the job. Thank you for supporting a human-owned business!

The X-TAC line from PMC more closely follows the same specifications used for manufacturing military grade ammunition. As a result, this 1000 bulk pack of 5.56mm has a few features that you won't find in usual lots of inexpensive ammo. These XP193 rounds are great for rainy day storage, high round count classes, practice sessions, fun plinking, and building a ballistic chart close to NATO-spec M193.

Like M193, these XP193 rounds feature 55 grain bullets which are compatible with the widest range of barrel lengths and twists of AR, SCAR, ACR, and other 5.56x45mm chambered rifles. The full metal jacket boat tail (FMJ-BT) projectiles feature a toothed cannelure which prevents round setback during rough handling or repeated loading and live ejection; bullet setback can affect accuracy or even cause catastrophic firearm failure. In addition, the reloadable brass casings have a consistent coat of sealant surrounding their non-corrosive Boxer primers which prevents moisture from entering the cartridge and creating dud rounds. The casings are also annealed for added strength to prevent pressure-induced malfunctions and guarantee long brass life for reloaders.

PMC ammunition is produced in South Korea on some of the same tooling and machines used to supply NATO countries with war-fighting ammo. These bulk packs are highly regarded among American shooters for their inexpensive cost, high reliability, and adherence to M193 specification.

Great range ammo. Always reliable and easy to use.

This PMC-X-TAC ammo is great ammo for the range and maybe beyond the range. It is of good quality and very consistent and reliable. I have been using it for some time now, and I have never had one misfire or misfeed. I highly recommend this brand. Another plus is buying from Wideners. Great, prompt, and reasonably priced shipping.

Winchester’s USA label doesn’t just stand for American-made. It stands for consistent quality and satisfying target-grade accuracy that you’ll want to take with you whenever you visit the range.

Winchester manufactures their white box ammo specifically for the civilian shooter. They did load this 5.56x45 ammo to our military’s M193 specifications, however, which means it offers the same kind of performance which most veterans of the Armed Forces must already be familiar with.

This cartridge has a 55 grain full metal jacket projectile. At that weight it achieves a steady 3,180 fps muzzle velocity, which will keep it traveling at supersonic speed until around 700 yards – well beyond the 5.56’s effective range. The FMJ’s hard jacket promotes positive functioning in a semi-auto courtesy of its ability to feed smoothly and prevent rapid fouling. This round’s FMJ cannot expand inside soft tissue, although it may fragment apart at higher velocities.

This ammo also sports virgin brass cases. You will notice that they are discolored in the areas where they were annealed, which indicates that the brass is elastic enough to return to its original dimensions after ignition. Alongside their non-corrosive Boxer primers, that makes this ammo’s cases perfect for handloaders.

Get your fill of M855 style ammo with this 1000 round bulk pack of PMC's X-TAC NATO 5.56mm. Just like milspec M855, these rounds use 62 grain bullets with light-amor penetrating* steel tips which are painted green for easy identification. As a result, these rounds will match ballistic tables and ballistic drop compensation (BDC) reticles commonly used with modern low power scopes. The reloadable brass casings are annealed at the neck and shoulder for added strength (useful to reloaders) while the non-corrosive Boxer primers are bordered by moisture-blocking sealant. The bullets are full metal jacket (FMJ) and possess toothed cannelures to prevent projectile setback.

PMC is a South Korean based company that sources its ammunition from plants that supply to the ROK military as well as other to other NATO countries. Their X-TAC line is highly regarded for adhering to stringent military specification while still maintaining an inexpensive price for all shooters.

*While this is not armor-penetrating ammunition by definition, some ranges will not allow these rounds to be fired indoors nor outdoors on certain steel targets.

    Best M855 I’ve shot

I’ve purchased dozens of cases of PMC XTAC M855 because they shoot great in both my 16” 1:7 spin carbine and my 20” 1;9 barrels. Also, they have EXCELLENT brass cases for reloading and last many reloads/firing cycles.
If you want to store these long term, they are sealed completely and should last for decades if stored in a clean sealed container.
BTW, when I started buying these ~10 years ago, they $.17/rnd. Save your brass even if you don’t reload yourself.

The government isn’t letting Russian-made ammo into the country nowadays. That hurts all the AK enthusiasts who are trying to limit their spending on ammo, but we’re sure that thought never occurred to the powers that be.

But here’s the neat thing: Russia isn’t the only country that makes steel-cased magnetic 7.62x39 ammo. Azerbaijan, a country we know nothing about, is also in on that action – and here is your chance to fire their ammo.

This ammo is loaded with 124 grain FMJs. Each bullet has a normal lead core. Instead of brass, its core is jacketed in bimetal: almost 100% steel, with a wafer thin copper exterior. The bullet’s case is similarly designed without copper. Instead of brass, it’s steel.

This ammo’s bimetal jackets will attract a magnet. It is banned from many ranges for that reason. This ammo’s cases are not reloadable. AKs are famous for liking steel cases, however, so there’s no great disadvantage to them if don’t handload. And while this ammo is loaded with Berdan primers, it is most assuredly noncorrosive.

Federal Premium HST cartridges are one of the best options you can choose for your 9mm Luger defensive firearms. The HST cartridge design uses a jacketed hollow-point (JHP) projectile with a large cavity surrounded by relatively long segments in the copper jacket; this promotes wide expansion on impact with the threat, producing a larger cavity for a more positive stop. These 9mm bullets weigh 124 grains which is a NATO-standard medium weight for the caliber and will leave the muzzle at 1,150 for proper penetration.

In addition, these cartridges feature new brass casings which are nickel coated for smooth and reliable feeding. Furthermore, casings are crimped to the projectile cannelure to prevent bullet setback. The powder fueling HST rounds has flash suppressant in its mixture so that a shooter can maintain situation awareness and perform more accurate follow-up shots.

Federal Premium ammunition has been trusted by hunters to put food on the table, law enforcement officers to defend life, and competitive shooters to bring home Gold Medals. Accompany your bulk defense order with 9x19mm FMJ rounds from Widener's diverse selection and you'll a nice stash to support many range sessions to come.

This .380 ACP ammunition from Speer's Gold Dot series is a formidable carry load for handguns such as the SIG P238, Glock 42, or Ruger LCP. Gold Dot bullets are made using a proprietary bonding process that keeps the core and jacket fused together for consistent stopping power against an assailant. Each projectile is carefully optimized depending on caliber and weight to provide the correct level of expansion and penetration.

Each cartridge in this case of 1,000 fires a 90 grain version of the Gold Dot at a muzzle velocity of 990 feet per second.

Speer Gold Dot ammo is loaded in Lewiston, Idaho using non-corrosive primers from CCI as well as durable nickel-plated brass cases.

You want the best self-defense ammo for your 38 Special or 357 Magnum revolver – or a proper load for that little lever-action varmint slayer you’ve been known to carry around the farm. You are in luck! We’ve got a case of Speer’s law enforcement grade Gold Dot ammunition, and we can put your name on it in a matter of minutes.

The Gold Dot is more than just a jacketed hollow point. Thanks to the magic of electrochemical bonding, the Gold Dot’s jacket is soundly fused to its alloyed lead core. Heavy fabric, wallboard, even sheet metal – the Gold Dot pierces all of these barriers so it can continue on and burrow deeply into its target. The Gold Dot’s hollow point is formed during two stages. The first sets the width it can expand to, while the second ensures it expands at a steady, predictable rate.

CCI primers and select propellant ensure that you’ll get a super-predictable 945 fps muzzle velocity (Speer recorded this round’s muzzle velocity with a 4” vented barrel; expect a lower muzzle velocity if you’re firing a snub nose, or a faster one if you’re firing a lever-action varmint slayer). Nickel-plated brass cases are still reloadable, but they’re also more corrosion resistant and smoother cycling than regular unplated brass.

This is +P ammunition. Do not fire it in any firearm that isn’t rated for 38 Special +P. It’s safe for all 357 Magnum firearms.

Federal HST ammunition is designed for high performance in a self-defense situation, delivering a high level of expansion without sacrificing penetration. Each .45 ACP cartridge in this case of 1,000 fires a heavy 230 grain jacketed hollow point bullet at a muzzle velocity of 950 feet per second. This is a +P load and should only be used in firearms capable of handling the added pressure and recoil.

HST bullets expand outward in a starfish-like shape thanks to strategic skiving of the bullet jacket. The core is locked to the jacket via a cannelure in the shank. Originally developed for law enforcement use, HST rounds are also ideal for concealed carry and home defense.

This ammunition is loaded in Anoka, Minnesota using non-corrosive Boxer primers and nickel-plated brass cases.
