22 Magnum Ammo
The .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire ammo, also known as the .22 WMR or .22 Mag, is a classic varmint hunting cartridge introduced in 1959.
.22 WMR ammunition typically features a light 30-50 grain bullet propelled to a muzzle velocity of around 2,000 feet per second. This results in good long-range accuracy and strong terminal performance against small animals at ranges beyond those of smaller rimfire cartridges.
You'll find 22 WMR ammo for sale from many manufacturers, like Hornady and CCI. Varmint hunters in particular will appreciate the fragmentation of Hornady V-MAX and CCI's TNT ammunition.

Nice round at a today reasonable price
I was running low and liked the on sale priced WMR Winchester rounds. Never had any issue with these rounds, of course, never had an issue with the CCI ammo either. Price drove this purchase as I was running low. I only use them for target/plinking in a six gun - not for any hunting.
