9mm Ammo
9mm Luger ammo has been a runaway favorite among concealed carriers and police agencies. In fact, 9x19 is one of the older handgun cartridges on the market with a history dating all the way back to the early 1900's.
The Luger round was used extensively by the Germans in the P08 and P38 handguns. In the U.S., the cartridge can be considered something of a sleeper hit in its early years, only achieving major popularity in the 1980's with the rise of CCW and semiautomatic pistols.
The 9mm Luger ammo you'll find for sale here at Widener's typically features 115, 124, or 147 grain bullets. Heavier bullets offer strong penetration but lower muzzle velocities, with the 147 grain version falling into the subsonic range. 115 or 124 grain jacketed hollow points from Speer, Federal, Winchester, and many other manufacturers produce a muzzle velocity of around 1,100 feet per second and produce relatively mild recoil while still delivering excellent terminal performance. If you like to shoot centerfire ammo in high volumes, the low cost and low recoil of the 9mm makes it your best bet! Generally, you can expect rounds loaded with full metal jacket bullets to be cheaper than the hollow point defensive counterparts with your best buy coming in bulk.
There have been many handguns chambered for the 9mm Luger, but the most popular for concealed carry today are typically compact pistols like the SIG P938, Glock 43, S&W M&P Shield, Springfield XDs, Ruger LC9, and Kahr CW9. Be sure to take a look at our in-stock 9mm ammo below.

Sellier & Bellot is a Czech manufacturer that has been in business for almost two centuries. S&B ammo is well regarded for its reliable ignition and reasonable cost.
The 9mm Parabellum (also known as the 9x19mm NATO and 9mm Luger) was introduced in 1902 but gained most of its popularity in the US in the late 20th and early 21st century with the rise of various semi-automatic handguns and concealed carry laws. It is widely used for both target shooting and self-defense.

Well, have we ever got the tip of the century for you pal – that piece of hardware is going to work a lot better once you’ve filled its magazine with ammo.
With this 9mm ammo by MAXXTech you’ll never have to say “BANG!” again! This round is loaded with its caliber’s lightest common bullet. At 115 grains it achieves a supersonic muzzle velocity out of a barrel as short as a handgun’s, which it will also spare from accelerated fouling courtesy of its gilding metal jacket. But new shooters take note: Although no one would voluntarily get shot by this round’s bullet, as an FMJ it’s not the best choice for self-defense. For target shooting and plinking it is top notch, though.
MAXXTech ammo is made in Goražde, Bosnia and Herzegovina by Pobjeda Technology. They’re a major manufacturer that adheres to C.I.P. standards (the Euro equivalent of SAAMI) and became ISO 9001 in the year 2000. As such they load consistent, reliable products, such as this brass cased and non-corrosive Boxer primed 9mm training ammo. -

What’s nice about this round is that it has got a Boxer primed brass casing -- if you’d turn your nose up at steel but still keep your purse strings tight, then this is the cartridge for you. This round gives balanced recoil and power with its middleweight 124 grain projectile, which is full metal jacketed to prevent feeding jams and rapid bore fouling. Federal American Eagle 9mm 124 Grain FMJ – 500 Rounds

It is great for shooting bottles. It is great for shooting cans. It is great for shooting pizza boxes. The world is your oyster when you’ve got a case of American Eagle!
These rounds’ 124 grain full metal jacket projectiles make them perfect for training if you prefer self-defense ammo with the same bullet weight. The FMJ provides very similar recoil, point of aim and trajectory to a JHP, but it costs significantly less than the more heavily engineered alternative. Federal makes an FMJ out of lead and gilding metal. That’s only to say that no part of this cartridge’s bullet can attract a magnet, so have at it at any range on your radar.
Federal doesn’t reload old cases – they draw and cut every round’s case from virgin brass, thus making this ammo a doubly good investment for a handloading enthusiast. These pistol and pistol caliber carbine cartridges are also noncorrosive, so the only rusty thing you own will be your car or truck. -

PMC 9mm 147 Grain FMJ – 1000 Rounds

The first is to join the South Korean military, which we imagine would be a good way to make lots of new friends. But it would also be kind of inconvenient, which is why we recommend the second way: buy it from Widener’s!
This ammo was recently manufactured for the commercial market, and has the untarnished reloadable brass cases and noncorrosive Boxer primers to show for it. It is loaded with 147 grain full metal jacket projectiles, which contain no steel and therefore can’t attract a magnet.
No standard pressure 147 grain 9mm cartridge is capable of delivering a supersonic muzzle velocity out of a pistol barrel. That’s why this ammo is just a touch quieter to fire than average, and also why it’s suitable for suppressed firearms. The 147 grain bullet’s lower muzzle velocity does mean it drops faster downrange, but at least the bullet will never develop a wobble as a result of transitioning from super- to subsonic. It was never supersonic to begin with!Customer Reviews

This round’s 124 grain bullet delivers a satisfying balance of light recoil and flat trajectory. That 1,150 fps muzzle velocity is the product of a 4” test barrel, so you can expect subsonic performance if your piece’s barrel is any shorter. The full metal jacket’s smooth, hard gilding metal exterior prevents deformation that could impair feeding in a semi-automatic. The lead-core bullet also doesn’t contain one molecule of steel, so it’s just as nonmagnetic as a slice of buttered toast.
Federal ammo hails from Minnesota. When Minnesotans aren’t ice fishing they enjoy carefully creating and assembling reloadable brass cases and noncorrosive Boxer primers. -

The external ballistics, recoil, and other characteristics of the practice round are engineered to be virtually identical to the defensive one.
This particular 9mm Luger ammo fire a light 115 grain total metal jacket bullet at 1,200 feet per second. TMJ bullets have no exposed lead bases, making them great for cleaner indoor shooting.
Speer ammo is loaded in Lewiston, Idaho using non-corrosive primers and reloadable brass cases.

Wolf 9mm 115 Grain FMJ – 50 Rounds
$15.85Product Type Ammo Manufacturer Wolf Condition New Bullet Weight 115 Grain Bullet Type Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Use Type plinking at the range Casing Type Steel Quantity 50 Ammo Caliber 9mm Luger (9x19) Primer Type Berdan Magnetic Yes UPC Barcode 645611300981 Cost Per Round 31.7¢ per round Money is a great thing to have, because you can use it to buy ammunition. Of course, there are other things less important than ammo that require money as well, such as food. If you would like to secure your ammo supply but still have money for novelties like food, then we advise you invest in Wolf’s very affordable ammo.
This 9mm cartridge is topped off with a 115 grain bullet, the lightest you’re apt to find on a factory loaded round and one which lessens the kind of muzzle flip that can make rapid fire less accurate. The bullet is made of copper on its outermost layer, so your pistol’s accuracy won’t quickly deplete as the result of lead residue accumulation.
This round’s steel casing makes it exceptionally affordable. In order to help the casing feed and extract as smoothly as brass, Wolf applied a thin polymer coating to it. It is heat resistant, so even the white hot burn of ignition won’t fuse the polymer to your pistol’s chamber. -
Igman 9mm 147 Grain FMJ – 50 Rounds
$15.85Product Type Ammo Manufacturer Igman Ammunition Condition New Bullet Weight 147 Grain Bullet Type Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Use Type plinking at the range, Subsonic Casing Type Brass Quantity 50 Ammo Caliber 9mm Luger (9x19) Primer Type Boxer Magnetic No Cost Per Round 31.7¢ per round It’s time to dial the muzzle velocity back a bit! Although we’re sure you have nothing negative to say about supersonic 9mm ammunition (optimist that you always are), we’re equally certain you’ll soundly approve of Igman’s subsonic 9mm ammo’s quieter performance!
This target cartridge is loaded with a 147 grain full metal jacket projectile (lead core + brass jacket = nonmagnetic). It’s too heavy and too inert to pierce the threshold of sonic speed on ignition. Indeed, its 850 fps velocity at the muzzle is nearly 300 fps lower than that of sound. The payoffs? Quite manageable recoil, as well as the subtler report a suppressor baffles best!
Igman’s not a big name in the United States, although they are a very big company. It has been around since 1950, and currently makes a wide variety of reloadable and noncorrosive ammunition for NATO forces (although to be sure, this ammo is standard pressure; not NATO spec, as illustrated by its 147 grain bullet weight). -

Each cartridge in this box of 50 fires a medium weight 124 grain full metal jacket bullet at 1,110 feet per second. This is a standard pressure load with external ballistics comparable to those of many self-defense loads, making it ideal for training.
PMC ammo is loaded in South Korea using non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases.

Blazer Brass 9mm 147 Grain FMJ – 1000 Rounds
$324.85Product Type Ammo Manufacturer Blazer Brass Condition New Bullet Weight 147 Grain Bullet Type Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Use Type plinking at the range, Subsonic Casing Type Brass Quantity 1000 Ammo Caliber 9mm Luger (9x19) Manufacturer SKU 5203 Primer Type Boxer Magnetic No UPC Barcode 50004544650597 Cost Per Round 32.5¢ per round This 9mm cartridge from Blazer’s Brass line of ammunition features a 147 grain projectile, the heaviest bullet you’re likely to find in store bought ammunition in its caliber and accordingly one that delivers the subsonic muzzle velocity many consider ideal for target practice. This bullet’s base is protected, so hot propellant gasses won’t evaporate the lead in its core upon ignition -- that’s an excellent feature if you train indoors and aren’t enthusiastic about breathing in aerosolized lead every time you fire your weapon.
Blazer’s aluminum cased ammo is great for a lot of reasons, but it’s unsuitability for handloading doesn’t rank among them. This round’s brass casing, which is fresh out of the factory and fitted with a Boxer primer pocket, is perfect if you would never invest in a round that you couldn’t bring back to life after firing it. The primer this cartridge comes with is made by CCI and accordingly non-corrosive, and its propellant is clean burning to save your action from getting devoured by insidious residues.Customer Reviews

PMC 9mm 147 Grain FMJ – 50 Rounds

But running out of 9mm range ammo is nothing to be ashamed of! If it can happen to you, then it can happen to the best of us.
Here. Let’s put an end to your 9mm deficiency. We’re going to ship you as many boxes of PMC 147 grain full metal jacket ammunition as you want. That way you’ll be able to experience similar performance to your 147gr self-defense loads, as well as listen to reports that aren’t accompanied by sharp supersonic cracks. These rounds’ FMJs are also perfectly steel-free, so you have nothing to worry about if your range hates magnetic ammo.
PMC’s state-of-the-art factory in South Korea turns raw brass into reloadable cases, and mixes up the magic chemicals needed to produce noncorrosive Boxer primers too. This ammo may not come in hermetically sealed packaging, but that just gives you an excuse to fire it all the same day you get it. And then you’ll be out again. And then you can come to Widener’s again! It’s a perfect cycle. -

These 9mm Luger cartridges come in boxes of 50 and fire a 115 grain full metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,190 feet per second.
While this is standard pressure ammo, it is a bit hotter than the typical target load. This makes it a good choice for CCW holders to train with, as the increased recoil better simulates the performance of real self-defense ammunition without the cost of the expensive hollow point bullet.
Oxford, Mississippi has been home to Winchester ammo production since 2011. Winchester itself has been around since the mid 19th century and currently operates with a singular focus on producing quality ammo--their firearms are license-produced by FN.

If you like Blazer’s ammunition but won’t do without the traditional brass, then their appropriately named Brass line of ammo is perfect for you. You’ll especially enjoy the first time you fire it thanks to its sensitive CCI Boxer primer and clean burning propellant!
This 9mm round is crowned with a large 147 grain projectile. The bullet’s full metal jacket assures positive functioning in semi-automatic weapons, and further staves off accuracy depleting lead fouling within the bore. This bullet’s base is protected as well, so you’ll create a healthier shooting environment while firing it -- that’s especially beneficial if you train with your pistol indoors!Customer Reviews

It’s nothing less than Remington’s Range label ammo, made in Lonoke, Arkansas!
This round comes to the party with a 124 grain projectile. Remington could have given it a higher muzzle velocity than 1,110 fps if they wanted to, but instead they chose to keep it subsonic – precisely why this ammo is optimal for suppressed firearms. But no matter what make and model you’re firing, you can trust it to reliably feed this ammo’s copper-jacketed, lead-core FMJ bullets. Nonmagnetic, so you can fire away at any range on your radar!
This ammo features factory fresh reloadable brass cases, Kleanbore Boxer primers that can’t corrode steel, and temperature stable propellant which produces consistent velocity and recoil at both ends of the temperature spectrum. Federal 9mm Luger 147 Grain American Eagle FMJ - 50 Rounds

That FMJ bullet ensures smooth feeding into the chamber and out the ejection port, as well as less fouling in the barrel. Coming out of the muzzle, these bullets will have an energy of 326 foot pounds and a velocity of 1,000 feet per second. This speed makes the bullet a great option for target shooting and even some competition shooting. Heavy relative to many 9mm loads, the 147 grain bullet will deliver more recoil than lighter bullets but is preferred for training by many shooters who rely on 147 grain projectiles in their self-defense loads.
Federal is a top-quality ammunition manufacturer based out of Minnesota. They create some of the most reliable and effective rounds available, with options for hunters, competition shooters, and citizens concerned with self defense. This package is for a single box of their American Eagle ammo with 50 rounds inside.
The 9mm Luger has a fantastic reputation for speed and performance. It’s not only a top choice for law enforcement officials, it is also used for personal defense and target shooting. If you own a handgun that takes 9mm Luger ammunition, you can get the cartridges you need by ordering a few of these 50-round boxes.

These cartridges work well with suppressors (or "silencers"), as the projectile does not cross the sound barrier and generate the inevitable cracking noise that supersonic projectiles create.
Each round in this box of 50 fires a 158 grain full metal jacket bullet. The heavy bullet generates a muzzle velocity of only 850 feet per second, more than enough to ensure good close-range accuracy while keeping noise to a minimum.
Fiocchi ammo is loaded in the USA and Italy using non-corrosive primers and reloadable brass cases.

The hollow point bullet will expand dramatically as it penetrates a target, giving this round terminal performance that’s ideal for your everyday carry. The bullet features a CuZn 10 jacket, which is even harder than pure copper so it can penetrate a variety of tough barriers. This bullet’s jacket additionally reduces bore fouling, facilitates feeding in semi-automatic weapons, and sports notches around its tip which help to control expansion during penetration.
This round further offers a brand new and reloadable brass casing, uniform and sure-fire primer, and propellant which burns clean to spare your action from undue fouling. It’s always advisable to train with the same ammo you’d implement for self-defense -- with 1,000 of these hard-hitting rounds to work with, you’ll have ample opportunity to hone your self-defense skills to near perfection. -

Winchester Super Suppressed 9mm 147 Grain FMJ Enclosed – 500 Rounds

That’s why you deserve 9mm ammo which is specially designed for your suppressor, but which is also going to function correctly in all your unsuppressed firearms as well!
Winchester loads their Super Suppressed 9mm cartridge with a bulky 147 grain bullet. This round’s subsonic muzzle velocity is solely the product of its heavy bullet’s inertia – not a weaker propellant charge that could fail to cycle a semi-auto.
This round’s FMJ has a flat nose profile to help it cut a cleaner hole through paper (as well as deal greater damage to soft tissue). The bullet is encapsulated because it has a brass disc on its base to seal off its lead core. White hot ignition won’t be able to evaporate any of the lead in the bullet’s core, which means a much cleaner suppressor and barrel in the long run!
Winchester promotes even cleaner performance thanks to their low-residue primers and powder. This ammo is special, but its brass cases are Winchester’s usual good work: fit for service in all firearms and reloadable! -
Federal Syntech Range 9mm 124 Grain Total Synthetic Jacket – 500 Rounds

That’s what Federal’s Syntech Range ammo is all about!
This 9mm round’s pretty red bullet isn’t just a cosmetic feature. The Total Synthetic Jacket bullet is encased in a thin layer of high-tech, heavy-duty polymer that eliminates metal-on-metal contact within the barrel. Say goodbye to lead fouling and copper fouling while you’re target shooting – the TSJ reduces the need for frequent cleaning and preserves a handgun’s accuracy. The TSJ also significantly reduces friction, which measurably lengthens a barrel’s lifespan!
Because the TSJ bullet contains no copper, it greatly reduces the chance of splash-back if you’re shooting steel targets or accidentally hit a rock or concrete wall. And since its core is encapsulated by its jacket, the TSJ produces no vaporized lead when exposed to hot propellant gasses during ignition. Even Federal’s Catalyst primer is devoid of lead, making this ammo a great pick for indoor shooting where air circulation is poor.
This round’s 124 grain bullet is nonmagnetic, and its brass case is brand new and reloadable. Syntech Range ammo is also engineered to reduce felt recoil, so you can train in greater comfort while experiencing less muzzle rise. -

Czech manufacturer Sellier & Bellot has nearly two centuries of experience crafting ammo under their belt, and as a member of the CBC group their products are utilized for every conceivable purpose around the world. They don’t owe an ounce of their success to hype, however -- simply put, they’ve become a superstar because their ammo works amazingly well.
This 9mm cartridge features a 124 grain projectile, a little heavier than the Commonwealth standard. As a hollow point, this bullet will expand rapidly within soft targets in order to take them down quickly, before they’ve the opportunity to retaliate. The bullet’s hard CuZn 10 jacket not only ensures that it will feed in a semi-automatic weapon and penetrate targets reliably, but also has notches running down from its tip to control expansion. This round’s brass casing is ideal for handloading, so even 50 of them will keep you happy at your reloading bench on multiple occasions. -

Let us reiterate the most important thing about this ammo: it is +P. It’s more powerful than standard pressure 9mm, and accordingly delivers more striking energy and a flatter trajectory – at the cost of increased recoil, as well as wear and tear on the firearm itself. Above all else, this ammo is not to be fired in a handgun that isn’t designed for its higher pressure.
Armscor’s American-made (and appropriately named) USA series ammunition is loaded with nonmagnetic projectiles, noncorrosive Boxer primers, and fine reloadable brass cases. Those bullets aren’t just steel-free, of course. They are jacketed hollow points, which fan out after impact to inflict traumatic wound columns. One well placed shot will halt even the toughest threat dead in its tracks! -

Blazer Brass 9mm 115 Grain JHP – 500 Rounds

Take all the time you need. Give up? The answer is 500 rounds of Blazer Brass, and delivered direct to your doorstep no less!
This right here is the pride of Idaho – a billion times better than any spud, because it’s a well-made 9mm self-defense cartridge. The same company behind Gold Dot and Lawman produced these rounds so you can confidently defend yourself against any threat.
This cartridge’s bullet is the low-recoil, high-velocity and flat-shooting 115 grain jacketed hollow point: about a quarter-ounce of lead and copper, accelerated to just a hair hotter than supersonic out of a 4” barrel. Impact with soft tissue forces the bullet to widen, exert its energy outward, inflict greater damage to surrounding flesh, and decrease the risk of over-penetration.
Blazer’s Brass line of ammunition is named after the same metal its cases are made of. Reloadable? You bet. We’ll even sell you the bullets. -
Federal Classic Hi-Shok 9mm 115 Grain JHP - 1000 Rounds
$414.85Product Type Ammo Manufacturer Federal Condition New Bullet Weight 115 Grain Bullet Type Jacketed Hollow-Point (JHP) Use Type home defense Casing Type Brass Quantity 1000 Ammo Caliber 9mm Luger (9x19) Manufacturer SKU 9BP Primer Type Boxer Magnetic No UPC Barcode 50029465088168 Cost Per Round 41.5¢ per round This is a great choice for 9mm personal defense ammo to add in to your stash. Federal's Hi-Shok is an older classic design that feeds well in all ages of pistol and has features which form the basis of most modern jacketed hollow-point (JHP) designs. These 115 grain Hi-Shok bullets match the weight of the most common practice rounds for the caliber so that your plinking sessions share consistent recoil and flight characteristic with this premium defense ammo. The projectiles have a narrow cavity at the tip with segments in the copper jacket leading up to it which assist in expansion even when fired at low velocities out of short-barreled carry pistols. This expansion nearly doubles the diameter of the round after impact and creates a wide wound channel for faster incapacitation which is desired for threatening situations.
These 9x19mm cartridges are assembled using non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass casings. The casings are crimped firmly to the bullets' toothed cannelure which helps to prevent setback and dud rounds after repeat chambering while also maintaining consistent bullet seat and overall accuracy. Federal Premium is a well-respected name in American ammo production and offers quality products that are highly sought out by hunters, competitive shooters, law enforcement agencies, and private citizens alike.

This bullet is optimized for shooting steel targets for two primary reasons: Its jacket prevents potentially hazardous splash-back, and it transfers energy exceptionally courtesy of its flat nose profile. What’s more, the low recoil supplied by this round equates to far more comfortable long-term shooting, letting you focus better on your aim.
This cartridge also features a lead-free Catalyst primer that provides reliable and consistent ignition, clean burning propellant that even further reduces residue accumulation, and a reloadable brass casing. Order these 500 rounds and see why they were deemed worthy to become the official ammunition of the United States Practical Shooting Association!
